For Health 1. Each member of your family chooses a healthy smoothie recipe they would like to make for the family. Each week in January you will have “the smoothie for the week” and the person making the smoothie will make (or help make the smoothie depending on the age of the family member) and serve it to family. After tasting the smoothie, each family member will give a star rating if they would like to make that smoothie again. This is a fun way to get some fruits and veggies into your diet!
